Extras
Gas safety certificate CP12 (required by law) - £60 + VAT (£72) - We receive up to £10 commission from the gas engineer
Energy Performance Certificate (required by law) - £80 + VAT (£96) - We receive up to £30 commission from the assessor
EICR electrical safety certificate (required by law) - £170 (No VAT) - We receive £20 commission from the electrician
Legionella Risk Assessment (carried out by third party contractor) - £70 + VAT (£84) - We receive £15 commission from the contractor
