Due to expansion, we now require a Lettings Specialist/Administrator to join our friendly team. Duties include:
- · Based in the front office with general office duties including answering the phone, dealing with face to face customers, emails and helping with any enquiries as needed
- · Database input and management
- · Negotiating potential lets between tenants and landlords
- · Progressing a holding fee to move in including references and all admin/paperwork
- · Post move in administration
- · Booking gas safety certificates and managing annual renewals when due
- · Dealing with property maintenance. Liaising with tenants and landlords to arrange quotes, book in work and ensure jobs are completed
- · Dealing with all tenancy renewals and associated admin/paperwork
- · Managed property inspections
- · Filing
- · Canvassing
- · Social media management
The ideal candidate needs to be motivated, friendly, able to deal with customers and be able to multi task with all duties.
Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm.
The hours can be flexible depending on experience of the candidate. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. Salary flexible depending on experience.
Driving licence and access to own vehicle is required.
